ROC Transitions provides safe, nurturing and therapeutic based support, including accommodation, for young people who display complex behaviours and are transitioning out of care into independent living.

What we do

ROC Transitions works with young people aged 16 to 18 with complex behaviours who need extra support to acquire the skills needed to be independent and sustain their own tenancies.

We have built on ROC Group’s 20 plus years of experience with children in care and supported accommodation to provide bespoke packages to help local authorities create effective pathway plans.

All Transitions homes are for solo young people with up to 17 hours daily support, including waking or sleeping nights, and 24/7 telephone support.

Our team are caring and supportive and apply boundaries consistently, often going the extra mile to help young people achieve their potential.

Alternatively we can offer support only packages if accommodation has been sourced elsewhere.

“Really good communication with staff and visible management who understood the care plan and worked towards it…I would definitely work with ROC staff again.”
